Description

We are Spray Foam Naples, a Naples Florida-based spray foam and other types of insulation company, looking for insulation installers and helpers that will spray foam insulation or lay or replace other insulation materials in buildings to control or maintain building temperature. Supervisory Responsibilities: None. Duties/Responsibilities: Installs and replaces insulation in buildings and mechanical systems. Lead positions will require knowledge to read building plans and blueprints to calculate the quantity and type of insulation materials needed to fulfill job requirements, helper position must be willing to learn how to do this. Clears and disposes of old insulation according to established safety guidelines. Loads and unloads insulation materials. Keep job site, spray rig and truck clean and organized at all times. Installs or sprays insulation in attics. Measures and cuts insulation to fit into walls, ceilings, and around pipes. Fastens insulation in place with tape, screws, staples, or fasteners as needed. Transports needed tools and equipment to jobsite. Follows company and industry safety guidelines and regulations. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to use hand tools and power tools to install insulation. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills. Excellent communication skills. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Related experience preferred. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods standing, bending, or climbing ladders. Ability to work in confined spaces. Must be able to lift heavy objects continually throughout the day.
