Need Lead Guitar for Rock Band

We have a great singer, 2 rhythm players and a drummer. This is a Pearl Jam-ish rock band. No heavy distortion, yet a serious focus on quality. Looking for a solid lead Guitarist who can compliment what is going on vocally, help make the band sound more Rock meets Folk, yet stay away from Americana bar band status. Check out the open mic vid our singer did by himself and let us know. We rehearse in Belltown Tuesday and Saturday nights. Our goal is to gig the PNW at least once a month.
