I AM LOOKING FOR AN "ADU" ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT ASAP!

Hello, I am looking specifically for an ADU, Apt on top of a 2-3 car garage, must have water, power, cement floor, not concerned if it is in a field etc, Would prefer a 2 bed, one bath, but will still seriously look at a 1 bed also. I am a chimney sweep, and light masonry repair guy, I also work on small engines (mowers) No, there will be no mess, clutter on the property. I keep it orderly, there will not be machines everywhere. Nor do I store oil or gas. I am self employed, Due to the terrible economy here I cant afford blue sky rent, I am currently renting a 3 bedroom, 2 bath tri-level, I am holding my own, but its getting very hard. We are in a recession now, and it will likely get worse soon. I am in good standing with the landlord / owner of the property. You can contact him. I am month to month. Been here 2 yrs, I rented directly across the st from this house for 10.5 yrs. (House was sold) Not behind on rent, not late either. I work hard, and I am reliable. Not a slob, I respect the property as I do this one. NO drug / Alcohol issues etc, Non dramatic personality, easy going, quiet. I am not a young kid either, I am 57 yrs old.
