Got a singer/songwriter/lyricist/frontman who's influenced by Johnny Rotten, Axl Rose, Jim Morrison, Iggy Pop, Mike Ness, Trent Reznor, Johnny Cash, Layne Staley, Andrew Eldritch, AC/DC (both singers) etc... Got a singer/songwriter/lyricist/guitar player who comes from Tom Waits, Bob Dylan... but who also plays some nice lead on guitar. Loves Mars Volta, The Cult, and The Red Hot Chili Peppers too. We both consider each other very strong songwriters and good at our roles in this band. We have multiple pro recordings under each of our belts. Plenty of stage experience too. The goal is writing, professional recording, touring. Looking for people somewhat on our level. No newbies - should have some performance and/or recording experience (hopefully both). No one who's too tied down to make this band a major priority in their life and put a lot of time to it. We're only interested in being unique, genuine, and making art. Other than that we have no rules as to what this band sounds like. The rules are: "cool," "fun," "original," "honest," and "awesome." Could end up being funky, bluesy, punk, industrial, alt... it will probably have a strong element of rock. Depends on the players. We're searching for the talented, creative, ambitious players we need to help us create something special. Write together. Shape this thing together.
