Chocolate Lab for Rehoming

I am in an unfortunate, and personal, position and have to rehome my chocolate lab, Murphy. It was very difficult to reach this decision, but I have to nonetheless. He is a bit older than this photo (about 6 months old) and is pretty well potty trained. He knows the word "sit", "stay" and his favorite, "toy". He gets along great with other dogs and people. He does jump though (working on not doing it), so I'd be careful with him around very young kids. He is incredibly friendly and loves to be around new people. He would do amazing with a backyard, but would also do okay in an apartment if someone exercised him everyday. He is not fixed, as he is still too young. Has all of his shots, and is able to be AKC registered if you would like. Please message me for more info. Thank you!
