Seeking new drummer for our church

We are a small church in Inglewood seeking a drummer. I must be honest, we can't offer a paid position because we just don't have it in our budget. We lost a lot of members during lockdowns. But there is a chance this may become a paid position in the future if we grow our congregation. In the meantime, we can pay a volunteer drummer with free lessons. We have other musicians on our team that play and teach drums at music school and we can give you free drum lessons as payment for playing with us. This is a great opportunity for drummers that have been wanting to improve their musicianship but couldn't afford formal lessons. Or maybe you just want to play live music.
