I have a gigantic and massive not in the control strings of my window levolor shade. I have worked on it so many times but it just seems to get worse. My husband worked on it and it got worse. Does anybody know a window covering business that handles fixing issues like this or does anybody know how to fix this? I appreciate your help Thank you so much
