EnergyRey is a solar company based in Austin Tx, we are seeking solar installers that will assist with the mechanical portions of residential solar installations. Responsibilities: *Organize and perform the safety equipment placement, array layout, racking installation, and module placement of the solar systems. *Pre-assemble and load job components for the upcoming install. *Create or interpret the solar panel installation plans, mapping out the steps of the installation and where all of the components will be installed. *Handle trenching and concrete work. *Other duties as assigned. Requirements: *Prior construction experience required. *Basic construction skills using hand tools such as skill saw, drill, measurement devices, etc. *Electrical experience is a plus. *Tools and training will be provided. * Working heights, climbing ladders and stairs, performing repetitive duties such as lifting, bending and standing for long periods of time. * Ability to work well others in a collaborative team environment. *Must be able to travel to different project site locations.
