Desperately Need Help

I'm not used to being in this position and needing help, so I appreciate any advice or suggestions that are offered. I work full-time, so please don't think that I'm just too lazy to get a job. I'm a single mother and I have a disability, but I'm good at figuring out what I need to do to take care of my son and provide for him without help. But this month, between me being down from a surgical procedure and my truck deciding to have the water pump go out, blow a head gasket and crack the head, I need help. I just need to figure food, gas and electricity for a few days until I get paid. Please, please email me if you know of any programs or have suggestions. Thank you!
