Small local real estate investor with 50+ rental units, are looking to hire a team member with experience in the remodel and maintenance field. The selected person will have a working knowledge of maintenance repairs and troubleshooting, will be a self-starter, dependable and will always have the tenant's best interest in mind. Duties of the position include, but not limited to: - Perform repairs, modifications and preventive maintenance tasks on units on a regular basis - Timely units turn over, incl. painting and repairs - Electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, and other related repairs The right person will also have knowledge in remodeling units as needed, which will include rough carpentry, plumbing, electrical, flooring, painting and finish carpentry. Have most of the necessary tools and transportation. You must be able to work well with others and work independently as well, be accountable for your time and work efficiently. Good communication skills is a must, speaking Spanish is a plus but not required.
