Looking for a reliable go-to handyman.

Looking for a reliable go-to handyman. Between me and my property manager we own and manage several properties in West Park of Cleveland. I am not offering a full/part time job. The amount of work differs from month to month depending on the needs and issues that come up. But I need a single go to person for many of these issues. Things might include: painting, minor plumbing repairs, minor electrical repairs (replace a light fixture, etc), outside maintenance issues. If you know how to do carpentry or flooring, windows that's also a big plus. I like to pay by the hour, so please include your hourly rate. But, for some larger jobs I would ask to give an estimate of how many hours it might take (I realize that some variance is inevitable). What I am looking for is an honest, reliable and capable person. Someone I can trust will not inflate his work hours of steal supplies from me. Someone who can show up on time and do a quality job. What I am not looking for is: Someone who would do a "hack" job. Someone who would deliberately inflate or waste time to get more hours. Someone who I would have to babysit to finish a job. If you are interested and available, please let me know about yourself and your experience. Let me know your expected hourly rate (I do have my own budget, but it can be adjusted a bit for the right person). Please be prepared to also share your ID with my property manager. I only need it as assurance that I know who is working for me and entering my homes. Thank you.
