I’ve got a studio space for rent! In the suburbs near downtown Glendale, it’s a wonderful room with rockwool built in to the walls, meant for music. The room really sounds fantastic. Additionally, the room comes with a private recording booth across the hall. THE ROOM IS AVAILABLE OCTOBER 1st 6 month lease, then month to month This is not a shared room, it’d be yours alone. There are two other small, private studios in the building; however the tenants are rarely there and the walls are pretty solidly sound proof (I’ve been able to track vocals while another studio is working). The other tenants are super friendly as well. The neighborhood is safe, there’s a small convince store right next to it, and there is an alarm system as well. None of the gear in the pictures comes with the room with the exception of the mounted TV and two trash cans. All utilities are covered by the owner. The space has two bathrooms, a kitchen, and lobby. No smoking is allowed in the building. I’m only moving out because I got a house with a garage I’ll be converting.
