As the Plants Buyer, you’ll purchase plant material for our landscape and maintenance divisions, finding the best quality for the best price.    Benefits and Pay This is a salaried position and pay is dependent upon experience.  Cell phone reimbursement Benefits: Get paid weekly, health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, 401K with company match, on the job training, and opportunities for growth. Work Schedule You’ll work 40+ hours per week, Monday to Friday flexible hours between 6am to 5pm. Option to work partially remote after training period What You’ll Do Purchase plant material for all landscape and maintenance divisions, finding the best quality for the best price. Enter and process orders in purchase order system Maintain master plant catalog, including current pricing. Schedule vendor deliveries and pickups Communicate with staff about availability and shipping dates Track material needed by job, including prices, dates, and PO number What You’ll Need 2 years working in the landscape industry High School diploma or equivalent Knowledge of all NW Plant material preferred Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred Advanced computer skills, including Excel, Outlook and Purchase Order systems Able to pass a pre-employment drug test Have legal documentation to work in the United States.  About Us Dennis’ 7 Dees is a family-owned and operated business with deep roots in the Portland area.
