Here is information about the room. 24-hour access. Shared drum set. Shared PA, with mains and wedge monitors. Moderate storage space – enough some amps, pedal boards, but not for drums or large amps (stacks). Rent paid electronically (e.g. Venmo, Paypal. Cashapp). Rent is month to month. Move-in rent is proratable. Move-out requires one month notice. First and last month's rent is due at move-in. Email for pricing and availability.
