Full Job Description Ganja Goddess is looking for qualified individuals who can assist in the harvesting, trimming, and packaging operations at our state-licensed cultivation facility. The primary responsibilities of a Cannabis Trimmer are to work efficiently to trim cannabis plants, while creating minimal waste, resuting in a high-quality product that is compliant and ready for sale or processing. Responsibilities: · Hand trim dried cannabis flower in a quick and efficient manner, while ensuring a quality product · Inspect flower for any potential defects and/or abnormalities · Meet daily quota · Maintain a clean and organized work environment · Operate, clean, and store trimming and packaging supplies and equipment · Sit or stand for long periods of time while focusing on detail-oriented trimming, as well as post-trim upkeep · Assure daily compliance with Company policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules · Perform any other duties as assigned Other Requirements: · Must be at least 21 years of age · Able to pass a state-mandated background check · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment · Production mindset · Ability to lift 50lbs · Ability to sit or stand at a workstation for extended periods · Excellent communication skills · Excellent organizational skills Job Type: Full-time (preferred) or Part-Time Pay: $15.00 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Holidays Monday to Friday Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Work Location: Bozeman or Livingston Facilities
