Construction Supervisor Wanted Serenity, Inc is a local established construction company. We have been in business going on 20 years. Our projects are diverse and range in size, as such, we offer a unique environment to learn and grow in the construction industry. We are looking to add multiple Foreman and Superintendent roles within our company. The ideal candidates would have previous management experience; however, we are willing to train motivated individuals. Pay is dependent on experience. Responsibilities • Delegating tasks on the project to employees best to complete them • Serving as a point of contact for teams to ensure team actions remains synergy • Communicating with executives to keep project aligned with their goals • Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain expected standards • Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change • Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, etc. to determine project needs • Set performance goals and deadlines • Plan construction processes • Estimate costs and ensure the project is on budget • Supervise staff and provide constructive feedback • Monitor and report on project progress • Ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly • Resolve on-site issues and emergencies Requirements • Previous experience as a construction superintendent or in a similar role • Knowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites • In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes • Degree in Construction Management a plus • Organizational and time-management skills • Ability to lead and inspire • Must have a positive attitude
