Open Position! Express Employment Professionals is a professional staffing firm dedicated to helping local businesses find local people. One of our outstanding clients in Nampa is looking for Precast Production Laborers to join their team. Products range from utility vaults, reinforced concrete pipe, catch basins, drainage, and septic tanks, to retaining walls, storm shelters, wall panels, concrete barriers, a variety of prestressed concrete products and more. Pay Rate: $18 Schedule: Monday – Friday Start time: 5:00 am start time (8-10-hour shifts) Job Duties: Strip and clean concrete forms and products Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete Perform basic carpentry skills Facility maintenance and housekeeping Build rebar cages according to drawings provided - tools supplied by the company Read and follow blueprints, sketches, and other instructions Unload and stack prefabricated steel so that it can be lifted with slings Assist or perform crane operations for storing reinforcing steel Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed Experience using rebar fabrication machinery a plus, but not require Requirements High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of related experience preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day Please apply online at www.expresspros.com/caldwellid or call our office at 208.454.1076 Express Employment is an Equal Opportunity Employer offering benefits such as: Medical/ Vision/ Dental/ Life Insurance, 401k, Direct Deposit & Referral Bonuses.
