In need of a babysitter

I have a job that I will not know my schedule until after training. The shift vary and jobs duties next to the times is what I will need. This will start September 12 I will find out what shift I need on September 9 but listed below are the times and duties I will need on the shifts. But I won't know what shift till September 9 7am-3pm: they will need to be taken to school 3pm-11pm: they will be needed to pick up at school at 5pm and stay with them until I get off and cook a light dinner if I don't cook 11pm-7am : stay overnight with them will be sleep by the time you get over. I am looking for someone who is open on these times and what in asking.
