Rapidly growing, family owned pest control company in the Metro-West area is looking for a certified pest control technician. Our company has been servicing customers for more than 40 years. Our steady growth has produced this new opening in our staff of service professionals. We are looking for an energetic, punctual, self-starter for the position of Pest-Control Technician. This is a full-time, year-round job. A technician must be able to work his/her route independently, solving and Identifying problems for our residential customers. "Positions available" " Pest Control Service Technician" Qualifications *Must have reliable transportation. 1. Has a high school diploma or the equivalent. 2. Is physically fit and able to go up and down stairs, climb a ladder, and get into crawl spaces 3. Has a valid driver's license and can safely operate a motor vehicle and has a clean driving record. 4. Is able to work a flexible schedule that varies from day to day (overtime sometimes required) 5. Has strong written and other communication skills 6. Must have a core license or more. Job Functions 1. Must have great communication skills 2. Be able to read labels and training materials in English; 3. Sell customers pest control programs for commission. 4. be able to identify all types of insects and insect damage.
