Looking for someone who's experienced to repair/replace cracked/ raised floor tile and cracked grout. around 10-20 tiles. Please note there are radiant heat pipes running underneath the gypcrete subfloor. Must do it carefully without damaging the pipes. Please provide your experience, estimate, and timeframe to complete.
