Nice & Neat Home Cleaning is an eco-friendly premium home cleaning service based in Minnetonka, MN. We clean for busy families located in the western suburbs of the Twin Cities. Our small, close knit team is made up of honest, good humans that show up with a positive attitude and ready to put in the hustle. Perks of working this gig? • Part-time weekday hours, that means no nights or weekends • Paid training • Competitive hourly pay with the opportunity for a raise every six months Role Responsibilities • Provide housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms • Deliver exceptional customer service This is a HARD job that is not for everyone. If you don’t have the hustle and physical stamina to bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and lift for up to 8 hours each day this is probably not the job for you. Because we work so hard every member of our team gets a stipend towards a massage every month. Requirements • Must be at least 18 years old • Must have your own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license • Must have your own smartphone with cellular data • Able to work on your feet for up to 8 hours a day with repeated bending, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching, lifting • Ability to take direction and deliver on follow through • Careful attention to detail • Ability to problem solve and communicate clearly • Be an honest, kind human who is willing to take feedback and improve every day! • United States work authorization required • Criminal background check is required Learn more about our company:
