Experience with appliances, facilities, and grounds keeping are musts. Your role will include providing excellent customer service, as well. Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities: • Able to troubleshoot/repair minor electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry wall, appliances etc. • Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements. • Assist with inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, and work with outside contractors as needed. • Performs on-call and after-hours emergency services as required.
