Hello all, I am offering drop in childcare for one family in my home in Fortuna on weekends and some evenings $25/hour. (potential for overnight care on an as-needed basis - rate TBD) A little about my experience… -I worked in the field of Child Development for over 13 years (currently working in social services, but looking to supplement my income doing something I enjoy) -I have 48 ECE -I have a Child Development Teacher Permit -I operated my own Licensed Daycare and am skilled in supervising children in a group setting -I was an Infant/Toddler interventionist and am skilled in caring for children of differing abilities/special needs -I was the Lead Teacher on a military base for the US Coast Guard for 6 years and understand the unique needs of supporting military families -I hold an Infant/Toddler Specialist Certificate -I make it my mission to provide children in my care with the same quality I would expect for my own children *I have children of my own that will be present and our home is cat-friendly 🐱 Please contact me to discuss your needs and to see if we are a good fit.
