Great established family owned and operated company has opening for a full-time apartment maintenance technician for a 55+ community (one-story cottage style). Must have at least two years of experience in the maintenance field. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, great at multi-tasking, hard working, punctual, and has a high standard for quality. Experience with appliance repair, a plus. Typical schedule is Mon-Fri, 9-5. Must have reliable transportation. Seriously considered applicants will have to pass background check and drug screening (no illegal drug use).
