Tree Crew Grounds Person Responsibilities: Duties include reporting to the foreman, assisting arborists, cutting, collecting, piling and hauling branches/limbs. Tree care Maintenance; including pruning and trimming, wood removal, cutting wood limbs and logs to size. Listening to customers tree needs and following through with the process start to finish. Use of chainsaws, rakes, and other various equip. assisting with the sharpening of chainsaws. Maintaining tools and equipment for the daily needs, preparing equip for the next day’s work. Following procedures for safety standards and work environment conditions. Able to accept constructive teaching methods, ability to show personal growth for promotions. Responsible for ensuring hazard-free work areas. Keeping a clean, safe and tidy area while working. Ability to lift, walk, crouch, kneel, stoop and reach depending on the job's needs.
