I have a small house that has two rooms that need completely rebuilt. It has a brick foundation that will need restoration before reframing new rooms. One of the rooms is a bathroom. The work space will be demoed and ready for you to work. I am looking to work with one or two individuals who can do it all. I am able to help anytime if you happen to be working alone and need a second person. The rest of the house needs updated and remodeled as well. I do not pay up front. I will pay upon completion of any said project at which we have previously discussed to complete. I am a fair professional individual. Results oriented. Same day pay always. Cash always. We will discuss the circumstances, then we will go to Menards or HD and pick up all needed materials and then once the project is completed you will be paid. I want to section it out per room. So once one area of the house is completed you will be paid. Any and all interested parties feel free to call or text. I am looking to work with serious qualified individuals that have trucks, tools, and experience. If you show up in a ford focus with a huge tool box in the trunk with the lid bungie corded, w your old lady in the front smoking and your kids yelling then it is not going to work out. Thank you.
