This is Billy the male parakeet. He is about 4 years old now, and has always been a solo bird but has always obsessed over other birds when they come around. Looking to find a good home for him. He used to step up, he still will but it takes more convincing now. He is not clipped. Looking to rehome him for $20, which includes a bag of his food and his cage.
