New Band Project ISO Guitarist and Pianist

New band project is currently searching for both a professional and experienced guitarist and keyboard/pianist. This is a startup project with seasoned professionals who have played around the Tampa Bay and surrounding areas. We currently have a singer/rhythm guitarist, bassist, and a drummer already in place. We have about 12-14 songs that are 75% structurally done, but all songs currently need additional parts and potentially arrangements. This will be a studio band project at first - breaking up the songs into a themed 3 EP release (with 4-5 songs on each EP) but with hopes to play these songs live given the right situation. It is more important to us to find like-minded individuals to make this more of a family situation then the traditional professional hired gun. The style of music we’re writing reflects our influences, which are bands like Matchbox 20, Counting Crows, Candlebox, Darius Rucker, and Tedeschi Trucks Band. We are looking for someone with: • Professional Experience in playing in a live and studio setting with examples. • Song Writing and Arranging Capability with examples • Professional Rig • Background Vocals a Plus • Ages 35-55 • Reliable Transportation • A Good Attitude • Punctuality • Professional Demeanor • Creative Initiative • Good Hang After auditioning we are looking to hold rehearsals/ full band songwriting sessions twice a week, location TBD.
