JOB DUTIES: Manage the facility including renting and marketing the units, as well as, collections. SCHEDULE: Monday - Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (one day off per week and a 3-day weekend every 5 weeks) ***********2 Jobs Available:********* MAXIMUM MINI STORAGE- PAT BOOKER (115 Villa Drive, Universal City): $15.00/hour plus a bonus program for increasing collection over prior property performance. MAXIMUM MINI STORAGE- PERRIN BEITEL (11063 Wye Drive, San Antonio)- MUST LIVE ON PROPERTY: Before you move onsite: $15.00 Hour. After you move onsite: $1692.48 per month payroll wages plus free all bills paid 2 bedroom -1 bath apartment ($1200 value) and bonus program for growing revenue.
