ITA Promotions is now hiring for Mandarin Bilingual Outreach Safety Ambassadors. We have several events in September and October, with more opportunities to work after that timeframe pending good performance. Outreach Ambassadors will inform Metro riders about upcoming service interruptions, bus stop relocations, route adjustments, shuttle service, station closures/ reopening, and assist customers with their questions or concerns. The job is performed at various DC area Metro stations, and both early morning and afternoon shifts are available, as well as weekday and weekend shifts. Candidates must speak fluent Mandarin and English, be friendly, reliable, customer service oriented, vocal, and able to stand for extended periods of time in an outdoor setting.
