Carroll Water Systems is a family owned and operated business. We have been providing Water Well and Water Treatment Systems for almost 40 years, to include: well pumps, pressure tanks, constant pressure systems, filters, neutralizers, softeners, reverse osmosis systems and more. Our customer base includes Residential, Commercial, Agriculture and Industrial Clients. We currently hold several key contracts with National Retailers, Regional Businesses and State Governments. WE ARE HIRING WATER TREATMENT TECHNICIANS: DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: • Team environment but must be self-motivated. • Enforce safety rules and regulations at all times. • Interact with customers in a professional manner. • Must be able to load materials and drive to job site. • Fields customer questions and complaints to the Service Manager when the issue is beyond the tech's responsibility • Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns. • Maintains a log of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments. • Be willing to learn well pump diagnosis and installation. • Performs other related duties as assigned. REQUIRED SKILLS: • Ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner. • Must be organized. • Must have reliable transportation. • Must have a valid driver's license and willing to travel to Baltimore Surrounding Areas. • Strong work ethic, dependable and reliable. QUALIFICATIONS: • Available to work Monday – Friday with overtime opportunities. • Ability and knowledge to work with tools. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. • Strong work ethic, dependable and reliable. • Physical requirements: Be able to lift 50lbs. EDUCATION: • Must have a minimum of 2 year's experience in the water treatment field. • Must be able to work on a variety of water softener's, acid neutralizers, reverse osmosis systems and other water treatment systems.
