HEALTHY VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR PAID INPATIENT STUDY

Description

The Johns Hopkins CIR is looking for healthy volunteers to participate in an inpatient Shigella challenge study. If you are between the ages of 18-50 you may be eligible to participate. The study is 3 months or 9 months long and requires the following: • 2 screening visits • 1 or 2 ten-day inpatient stay(s) and • 4-5 follow up visits after each inpatient stay. Eligible people will be compensated up to $4950 for one inpatient stay and up to $9100 for two inpatient stays for participation.
