Tree and Stump Removal Needed

I have some old Aspen trees that are dying and need to be removed. Please see pictures but there are 5 stumps that need to be removed. I also need the trees cut down and removed but I can do that on my own if you prefer to only handle the stumps. I also have an odd concrete block that is buried. It looks to be for an old tether ball hole. I have no idea what that might look like to remove but if you want to knock that out as well, please let me know (no picture but its approximately 18" in diameter and I have no clue how deep it goes but would assume 24") Please let me know what you think it might cost and when you would be able to do this. I will pay cash.
