Shoveling and hauling away dirt

I am hiring 1-2 strong men to shovel and haul away dirt in my front yard of my house. I am attaching a picture of the dirt. It used to be a landscaped area and we are removing it and making it grass instead. I would pay $35 for two hours for the job (cash), and this includes shoveling the dirt, removing the dirt to make the land more level, and hauling away the dirt yourself. You would need a shovel and your own transportation as well as a way to haul the dirt away. Located near Friendly Center in Greensboro. Thank you!
