That fake president only put a 100,000 more cops on the street. Not enough, why not give black applicants a huge sign on bonus, put an equal number of black cops on the street? The same should apply to the prison industry, hire an equal #of blacks and offer a sign on bonus. Sounds a little like reparations, nah, it's just the right thing to do.
