Job description RG Construction Services, LLC- a growing, locally owned General Contracting firm with a fun, professional culture and nearly a years worth of work backlog is accepting applications for the position of: Construction Superintendent. This position works under the direction of the Team Project Manager to assist in handling the day to day management and documenting of the projects, currently ranging from small remodel projects to large new construction homes - Duties may include but not limited to: Invoice review and approval, punch lists and stage checks (job site), updating schedules, photo documentation, The position also requires participation in daily and weekly job update meetings, pre-con's and walk throughs. Ability to multi task and communicate professionally - verbally and in writing is a must. This position is a great opportunity for someone with trades experience looking to get into project management. Microsoft Office Suite experience (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.) Employment history reflecting long term employment – no job hoppers! Determined, hard working and detail oriented – ability to multi task and remain composed a MUST!
