Looking for part time (on call) maintenance person for work on a small motel and rental properties. Must have experience as a maintenance person for apartments. Ideally you already work at an apartment complex and want extra work on weekends or after work. Please respond to this post with your contact information or resume. Must be local to Jackson County. We need someone for maintenance calls sometimes after hours. This is an independent contractor 1099 gig. Skills required-Fixing broken windows, broken doors, patching drywall, painting, other general building repairs.
