Regional Maintenance Manager

The Medve Group, Inc. is currently seeking an industry experienced Louisiana Regional Maintenance Manager. The ideal candidate will be based in either Baton Rouge or New Orleans. He/she will have extensive travel between the two cities with occasional visits to Lafayette. Duties: • Participate in the interviewing and hiring process at properties • Ensure community supervisors and techs are properly trained to succeed • Lead by example and guide property maintenance crews • Perform various hands-on maintenance functions and fill in when and where needed • Respond to resident service requests and/or issues • Assist with special maintenance and construction projects Requirements: • 2+ years of industry maintenance experience • 1+ years supervisory experience • MUST be able and willing to work hands-on alongside the maintenance crews • HVAC certification • Demonstrate excellence customer service skills • MUST have reliable transportation Incentives: • Competitive salary • Bi-weekly per diem • Great benefits • Housing discount • 401k 50% match up to 6% • 15 vacation/PTO days in initial year • 8 company paid holidays • Paid parental leave Qualified candidates are asked to submit their resume to [email protected] or visit our careers center at to complete an application for immediate consideration.
