Our company, Brookstone Management, has been in business for 17 years. We perform different types of services for multiple national clients and are currently growing our network of general contractors. We are looking for reliable general contractors to perform repair and rehab work in the state of Michigan. Services to include but not limited to: • Roof repair/replacement • Prepare bids and reports • Flooring/carpeting remove/replace • Drywall remove/replace • HVAC work • Any other work specified/requested by the client Requirements: For all work you must supply your own vehicles, trailers, tools, equipment, computer, smart phone with Wi-fi, etc. We require insurance in which you must carry a minimum of $1M in General Liability and Errors & Omissions. Brookstone Management must be listed as an additional insured. Workers Compensation insurance is required if you have employees, or a letter of exemption is acceptable.
