Disturbed by mistreated pups

I accidentally discovered 3 dogs today that turns out these people had adopted off of here CL at different times. I knew they had 1 the 3 were a secret. I heard a dog whimpering Followed the sound of crying there were 3 kennels. They were hidden behind vehicles, isolated kennels. One dog was very scared and the other 2 look like some type of corgis. I’ll say it’s very sad to see The first one was matted with very long toenails. The other 2 looked in good condition just not like they belong there and they very much wanted out. It’s not illegal to keep dogs alone outside in kennels but I wonder if the people that gave them up knew or cared that this is where they’d end up. If there was anywaylegal to rescue them I would but it appears that keeping pets in cages for their lives is legal. please leave posted this might help someone else.
