CONSTRUCTION/MAINTENANCE (Birmingham) Compensation: Based on experience and skill level. Employment type: full-time Permanent full-time position available for multi-tenant commercial and residential building in the Birmingham, Michigan area. Applicants must possess the following skills and/or have knowledge of: Patch and repair drywall Painting Tile installation and repair Demolition/rehabilitation Light plumbing and electrical Other tasks as required We need a TEAM PLAYER who is organized and dependable. 40 hours per week.
