Hello Parent or Guardian(s): About Me: I have a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Liberty University, and currently pursuing an MS in Education, I am also certified to teach. I am currently employed by the Arlington Independent School District and have an active fingerprint and background on file. I have a nice home located in a safe and quiet community with lots of space, backyard, and parks nearby. I have two daughters, 6 years old and 19 months old so my home is baby proof and kid friendly, no pets in the home. I can provide date night, after-school, and weekend care to children as young as 6 weeks. My oldest attends Pearcy so I can be available for pick up and drop offs if needed. My Experience and Training: I attended and graduated from Skyline High School Career Development Center in Dallas, Texas in 2009 where my focus of study was Childcare. I worked at the onsite daycare and preschool, where my workload included teaching, cooking, cleaning, potty training etc. In addition, I have also worked at a CDC on Fort Riley as the Lead Pre-Toddler/ Toddler teacher. I have years of experience working with children of all ages and ethnicity, as well as special needs children. I taught 1st grade for and I have been a substitute teacher for many different age groups for the last few years. Training and Certificates: B.S. Early Childhood Education w/ Psychology( minor) Safe Sleep CPR and First Aid( including infant) Cleared FBI background check Child Abuse Training Food and Nutrition Training Potty Training It would be my pleasure to assist you in caring for your children as well as helping them meet any educational goals you may have. You will find comfort in knowing that I have a passion for caring for children and helping them meet development milestone. My home is open for walkthrough and inspections at any time for your convenience and comfort. Prices: After school care: $5 per hour per child(child must be picked up by 9 pm) Weekend Care/Date nights: $10 per hour per child (7am-12midnight) Overnight care: $50 per child Any other schedules can be discussed and negotiated as needed.
