1. Qualification Requirements: Read and write English. Have basic math capabilities. 2. Reports to: Production Manager(s) & Asst. Production Manager(s) 3. Authority: Required to notify QA or Production Manager if they have suspect material. May initiate preventive actions & recommend solutions. May halt any unsafe activity. 4. Special Circumstances of the Job: Must be able to work overtime. Must be able to wear safety equipment, i.e. respirators, gloves, acid suit, goggles, steel-toed work boots. May be required to work outdoors. May involve heavy lifting and climbing. Interface the sales department with all other departments of EMCO, Customer Service, Technical Services, Production, Traffic, and Purchasing. This position involves safety-sensitive functions. Level 1: Meet all requirements of Job Functions Analysis. Level 2: Meet all requirements of Job Functions Analysis. Level 3: Meet all requirements of Job Functions Analysis. Level 4: Meet all requirements of Job Functions Analysis. 5. Job Duties, Functions, Responsibilities: • Operate a forklift. Label and fill drums. • Use a wide variety of pumps and hoses to fill tanks and tank trucks. • Correctly fill out manufacturing paperwork and checklists. • Complete required Production Training Requirements: ¨ Level 1 Has fulfilled all Level 1 production training requirements. ¨ Level 2 Has fulfilled all Level 1 and 2 production training requirements. ¨ Level 3 Has fulfilled all Level 1,2, and 3 production training requirements. ¨ Level 4 Has fulfilled all Level 1,2,3,and 4 production training requirements. 6. Other Duties: • Keep work areas clean and neat. • Follow all EMCO safety policies. • Execution of activities as assigned. • Responsibilities involving food safety, when required.
