Perform maintenance tasks including:
Lawn mowing/ snow removal in season
Cleaning apartments and common areas, including cleaning appliances and toilets, vacuuming/extracting
Painting
Inside/outside maintenance projects as directed by the maintenance manager
This position will be temporary
Also looking for an experienced Sheetrock installer with own tools to repair ceilings on a as needed basis
