Two little dogs for adoption

I have two small dogs, 2 years old that will not survive the winter outside. Ex left them and homeowner won't allow them in the house anymore. I am disabled and can't care for them. Oscar is a sweet cuddle bug and Mabel is more assertive but a lover. They were stuck outside in the brutal heat but will not survive in the cold. They can go together or separately.
