Then come play with Shamanic Healer Christine Marie & Men's Embodied Coach Josh Foxen on Saturday, July 23rd for a Conscious Connection half-day immersion specifically designed to support you with the tools needed to create and sustain deeper connections in your life. During this event, we will interweave aspects of self, other, community, spirituality, nature, sound and play into our practices. From this sacred journey, we will provide you with a holistic experience where you will build a foundation of awareness from which you can begin to integrate your newfound wisdom of conscious connections into your everyday life. Themes we will focus on: 1. Self - Authenticity, Needs & Embodied Presence 2. Other - How to safely communicate and express my authentic self with other. How to safely hold space and receive other. 3. Community - Expression of self in the world, holding space for others, asking for help. 4. Spirit - Connection to Intuition/Higher Power to gain insight, healing and wisdom 5. Nature - Journeying with Mother Earth's Ancient Heart Medicine (Cacao) to enhance open-heartedness, vulnerability and loving-kindness 6. Sound & Play - How to invoke the vibrations of sound & music to experience play, pleasure & connection within community In this half-day retreat, you will be guided through an open-hearted cacao ceremony while engaging and deepening a connection with your authenticity, your integrity, needs and embodied presence.
