Connect with other pregnant parents and gain tools to prevent postpartum challenges! Postpartum people are welcome to attend as well for general community building and support. Your host is Jessalyn Ballerano, Wellness Navigator and Milk Magic Educator at Nurturely, and a Certified Doula and Childbirth Educator serving families since 2014. Social connection and inclusive, relevant learning to help you feel prepared, supported and informed for the postpartum period and early parenthood. In addition to prepared topics, this is a space for you to bring your top-of-mind questions or discuss whatever you are navigating in your journey. Where do I park? Low-cost (coin-machine) and free street parking is available. Is this COVID-safe? Yes! Masks are required inside the building. We share space with a chiropractic office and pregnant people are at a heightened risk of severe illness and adverse birth outcomes from Covid-19. We are requiring vaccination for any in-person, indoor events at the Lounge. Outdoor space available according to schedule, weather and participant preference - get in touch with your questions - no judgement! What is the space like? Nurturely's Perinatal Lounge is an intimate, comfortable space with a relaxed sitting area, as well as a stocked diaper changing station and bathroom, places to chestfeed, a movement room and small boutique. We have tea, snacks and a temperature-controlled environment for your comfort and ease.
