This class is designed to help boost your confidence, increase your cardio endurance, expand your comfort zone and have you feeling good all over. M Perfectly is a nonprofit empowering wen self-belief through leadership development, effective communication and self-confidence building. We know that dancing without libations isn't exactly easy but when you let go and let loose you realize dancing can be exhilerating, expressive and extremely energizing. When you don't have the words to say what's on your heart and in your mind, dancing it out can be just the release you need. Proceeds raised from our dance party workout go back to help deserving women in homeless, addiction, trafficking and or domestic violence shelters. Your dancing makes a positive difference in your community!
