Babelashstudio & Hair Designs presents a 101 in microblading class at the Oregon Esthetics Show! What will you be learning: You will learn all manual microblading content including but not limited to brow mapping, shaping, filling in the brows, creating a brow from scratch and brow corrections. Class size and Days ,Time: Since this class will be provided at the Oregon Esthetics Show this class will be limited to only 10 lucky people! We will have a two day course on the first day we will be learning step by step and using practice skin on the second day we will be doing a live model. Sunday October 30th -class time starts at 3pm -7pm On Monday October 31st it will be a all day class from 9pm-5pm for live models lunch will be provided. Your training expectations for models: Training will be hands on you will need to provide one model for Monday only. Model can not be pregnant or have taken any Retin-A two weeks prior to service. You will complete one model from start to finish during class on Monday. You will be shadowed by your trainer and your models can expect to be here for 2-3 hours. Course kits: Your course will come with kits that will provide you with enough product to do 10 clients. This investment alone will have you making your money back from this class in no time and will provide you with a promising successful career! What’s included besides the kits: You will be provided with help signing up for your permanent cosmetics license in your state.(depending on your state there will be a Fee for a license which will be paid separately from the course) and getting your blood borne pathogen test, safety, sanitation, consent forms, how to get clients information, room set up and any thing you will need to know before and after working with a client. By the end of this course you will be set up to start doing clients as soon as your license is issued. You will also be granted a certificate at the end of the two day course for completion. Do I need to be licensed: Yes although you don’t need to be a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist to take this course or offer this service in WA or OR state. You simply have to apply for a permanent cosmetics license with your state’s department of licensing. If you’re coming from out of state, it’s best you check your state laws prior to signing up for this course.
