K&K Supply is a family owned & operated tool and equipment rental company located in Fenton, Missouri. Seeking to hire a Full Time Warehouse Associate. A Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, bending / cutting rebar, or managing, organizing and retrieving inventory and or rental equipment. Duties Include the Following: • Ensures orders are pulled correctly and reports discrepancies to management • Makes sure orders are labeled in staging area ready for salesman or driver to pick up • Fabrication of Rebar • Ensures stock levels are filled and organized in bin locations • Inspects damaged and defected shipments, reports findings to management • Ensures stock is in compliance with FIFO requirements • Assigns new bin locations or informs supervisor when moving overstock • Ensures no inventory or equipment leaves on an open reservation or without a proper ticket unless approved by management • Properly handles and cares for tools and equipment • Understands fabricated orders and fulfills them correctly • Assists customer when needed • Completes assigned tasks within deadline and meets goals • Follows established policies and procedures and works in a safe manner • Radio acknowledgement and professional communication between departments • Adheres to end of day closing list • Ensures work area is kept clean i.e.; yard, warehouse, rebar area • Positive and respectful attitude towards fellow employees and customers • Follows instructions and understands tasks given by Warehouse Manager • Adheres to company mission statement and core values • Performs other duties as assigned TOP SALARY PAID with Full Benefits Including Paid Vacation Requirements: • Must have experience working in a busy shop • Ability to lift up to 40lbs • Ability to climb15ft stock picking ladder throughout the shift • Follows all safety rules and regulations • Proficient with a Computer • Able to work overtime and weekends. • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug & alcohol screening
